Frederick G. Volpicelli has been cooking for over 40 years (no I'm not that old, I started in my mid-teens). His cooking files comprise thousands of kitchen-tested recipes covering practically everything but baking cakes and pies (I always deferred to my ex-wife in that department). He is a certified food handler in Massachusetts and cooks monthly Friendship meals for 60-80 members of the First Congregational Church of Harwich.

People continually ask for my recipes, but not the way it's on the recipe card, but the way I actually make it. (I have a habit of not always following the recipe). So this website is born to satisfy those requests. I'll post recipes here often, contact me if you have a favorite. GOOD EATING EVERYONE!
