Creamy Spinach Dip - 4 cups
8 oz sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp celery salt
½ tsp dill weed
¼ tsp onions salt		 ¼ cup chopped scallions
3 cups chopped spinach well-drained
8 oz water chestnuts, drained & finely chopped
3 tbl chopped red bell pepper
In a medium bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Stir in scallions, spinach, water chestnuts, and red pepper. Cover & refrigerate to blend flavors.
