1) In a large bowl place 1/3 cup bourbon, 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 orange sliced into 1/4" rounds, 3 cloves thinly sliced garlic, 3 thinly sliced shallots. Stir until sugar is dissolved. 2) Add 2 lbs flank steak and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. 3) Remove from refrigeration and bring to room temperature. Grill at medium heat for 10 minutes or to desired doneness. Let it rest 10 minutes and bias slice and serve. | |
