Trimmed off the skin on 8 Cornish Game Hens and cut the hens into 8 pieces each. Cooked the in the microwave on high for 12 minutes. Took 3 runs to cook them all. Lots of juices to drain off. Put all the pieces in a container and poured my Zesty BBQ sauce over to marinate them until they get grilled (Since they are pre-cooked they will be on the grill for 10 minutes at most.) | |
