Beef Stroganoff

1 lb beef sliced into cubes dredged in flour, salt, and pepper. (This is much easier if the beef is partially frozen)
10 oz fresh musrooms quartered
2 cups beef broth
1 small can tomato paste
2 chopped onions
3 tbs sherry
1 cup sour cream

Stir fry the dredged beef cubes, then add the rest of the ingredients except the sour cream. Cover and simmer 40 minutes. Add sour cream before serving.

This is especially good when served over mashed potatos. It can also be set up in a slow cooker on low.
