Add 1 cup boiling water to 3 ounces Lemon Jell-O. Mix and set aside. Mix 1 box Lemon Cake Mix, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup oil. Mix well and add in Jell-O mixture. Beat 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9"x13" baking pan for 35 minutes until the top is slightly brown. While hot stab the cake top with a fork until the top is well perforated. Pour on a glaze made from 2 cups confectioners sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice. | |
