Tuna Divan
2 cups elbow or corkscrew macaroni
1 10oz package of frozen chopped broccoli
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
¼ tsp pepper
1¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
3 cups milk
2 tbs lemon juice
2 cans solid white tuna
Cook macaroni and drain. Cook broccoli and drain. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat, blend in flour and seasonings.Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cook 1 minute. Add lemon juice and broccoli. Stir well. Mix the drained tuna, finely flaked, with the pasta. Spread the pasta/tuna mix in a baking dish and top with the broccoli sauce. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees..
