| Tuna In Celery sauce Over Saffron Rice | |
| 6oz rice 2 tbs butter 2 cans tuna 3 cups sliced celery 1 small onion diced finely |
1 can diced tomatos ¾ tsp salt ½ tsp basil ¼ tsp oregano ¼ tsp pepper |
| Cook rice with a pinch of saffron. In a wok heat butter, add celery, onion, liquid drained from the tomatos and all the seasonings. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes. Add the tomatos. Add the coarsley flaked tuna with its liquid. Simmer until heated through, Serve over the rice. | |
